Thomas Tattarletti, born in 1998, lives between Mendrisio and Locarno. After his high school diploma in biology and chemistry, he obtained a two-year degree at the CISA in Locarno where he directed two short films, Après Première and Passacaglia, a documentary, Piano b, and took part in the editing of Makongo by the Central African director Elvis Sabin Ngaibino, selected at numerous festivals. At CISA he is majoring in directing and is about to shoot the fiction Terrepiane. As a young cinephile, he co-founded NITO.ch an association through which he produces music videos and short films. His ideal stories are those that deal with complex issues in elegant ways, stories that show hidden realities and that face current universal problems, be they social, psychological or ethical.
