The Sound Of Silence

Predictable, perhaps, but inevitable. The sound of silence could only belong to him, Daan van den Hurk, the talent and hands of the Locarno71 retrospective dedicated to Leo McCarey. A largely silent retrospective, since the Hollywood genius early work was silent, to which Locarno gave a voice thanks to Daan's compositions, a wonderful live accompaniment to the mismatched duo Laurel & Hardy.
