Discover Locarno71 and reserve your seat

For its 71st edition the Locarno Festival is introducing an enhanced seat reservation system as an additional service for the festival public. From this year it will be possible to reserve seats in a specific sector, not only in Piazza Grande, but also in the following theaters: PalaCinema 1, La Sala and PalaVideo.

Tickets for reserved seats can be purchased exclusively on-line from 24 July until 30 minutes before the start of each screening, directly from the Locarno Festival’s online shop. Festival-goers will be able to consult the on-line program and purchase and reserve seats directly by clicking on the icons for reservable screenings in the listings.

A supplement of CHF 3.- is payable in addition to the ticket price. This reservation fee is a fixed charge which applies to holders of all tickets, including reduced tickets, season tickets and daily passes.

In theaters with seat reservation service there will be separate access marked “reserved seats entrance” for patrons holding reservations.
