L'uomo di Pécs

Meeting Béla Tarr is like entering a cave of thoughts: the low, almost rusty-sounding voice; the gaze seeking precise points as it pleases; the hands that follow, or maybe not. And then there's the words, weighed and weighty, undoubtedly sincere, hanging onto a thought that is life and cinema. And for an entire week, he shared that thought with the students to whom he showed a horizon: theirs.
