After graduating from Boston University and moving to New York, Shane Riley began working in independent film distribution. There he learned some of the ins and outs of home media distribution, which sparked his interest in the festival process. He joined Ryan Werner as his assistant at Cinetic Media where he grew into a new position as Coordinator and Film Tracker.
