Lidia Damatto



A cinema graduate of Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), Lidia Damatto Moreira relocated to Los Angeles in 2009 to continue her studies in Screenwriting and Entertaining Studies. Lidia worked for several years in the production and programming of film festivals, most notably as a coordinator of the documentary film festival Ambulante California, created by Diego Luna and Gael Garcia Bernal, and program director of the Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival, focusing on Brazilian Independent films. She also worked as a development intern at Ambush Entertainment which produced films by Noah Baumbach and Jill Soloway, among others. Since 2015 Lidia has been working at international sales label FiGa Films as a manager of Acquisitions and Festivals.
