Schedule

Morning sessions will take place at 1pm/13:00 in the press conference area. (On some days we may need to meet at the press lounge adjacent to the Piazza. You will be notified at least a day in advance if this change needs to take place.) Our sessions will last between 60–90 minutes. Please budget your schedule accordingly.

Guest visits will last roughly 30–45 minutes followed by a very short break. We will then spend the remainder of each session talking amongst ourselves about the topic of the day and other issues. (The exception is Sunday August 5, when our entire session will be composed of two sets of guests.)

We will also meet informally once a day at a bar adjacent to the Piazza prior to the Piazza screenings. This will be an informal gathering and attendance is optional.
