It all started with Bread and Tulips. Before that, however, Tatiana Lepore made her audiovisual debut as a television actress, and is best known among younger audiences for playing the character Rosarospa in the program La Melevisione. Her film debut occurred in 2000, when she was cast in Silvio Soldini’s Italian and Swiss co-production Bread and Tulips, starring Bruno Ganz. In addition to reteaming with Soldini for Agata and the Storm, Days and Clouds and Come Undone, she’s also worked with Italian auteurs like Alessandro D’Alatri (Casomai) and Nanni Moretti (Quiet Chaos and Mia Madre). In 2016, she acted in Claudio Giovannesi’s Fiore and Ivano Di Matteo’s La vita possibile. She has worked with Alice Rohrwacher on the 2015 short De Djess, as well as the features Corpo celeste and The Wonders, as an acting coach and dialogue supervisor.
