Liana Milella is a journalist for the Italian daily newspaper la Repubblica. In the past, she has worked for the daily business newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore and for the weekly news magazine Panorama.
For many years, she has specialised in politics and justice and reported widely on cases of corruption in Italy.
She has written about the judge Giovanni Falcone and published his diaries following his murder at the hands of the mafia. She reported on the investigation “Mani pulite” in Milan and wrote about Slobodan Milošević’s arrest and trial in the Hague.
