Surrounded by designs of naïve art trompe-l’oeil, Le Roi Angus travel to a maniacally euphoric and lewd Eden. Their boat-universe sails through the archipelago of ambiguity, their gaze turned towards the interior, where majestic skies thunder out a chimera beat that has no intention of going quietly. « Îles Essentiel » enacts the specter of youth whose maturity resonates as guilt and queries the dubious Utopia of an incantatory letting go, that would really rather hold on to it all.
