The Pardi di domani 2017 selection Commitee

The Pardi di domani selection committee for 70th Locarno Festival has been defined. 

Victoria Manconi, new Head of the Pardi di domani programming Office, will coordinate the selection committee composed by Gonzalo de Pedro Amatria, Bruno Quiblier, Liz Harkman and Stefan Ivančić will assist the Artistic Director Carlo Chatrian in the short films selection.

Based in Madrid, Gonzalo de Pedro Amatria, is director of the online Festival Margenes and he has also collaborated with Punto de Vista and Distrial Festival. He is a University Professor and film critic for Rolling Stones, El Cultural and Cuadernos de cine.

Liz Harkman has worked in the UK film industry for over 15 years starting out with roles in national institutions such as the British Film Institute and the UK Film Council. She has worked with the London Film Festival, Flickerfest Short Film Festival in Australia, Edinburgh International Film Festival, Animated Exeter and was the Managing Director at Encounters Short Film Festival for 5 years. Liz also works as a Freelance Project Manager with a number of film and cultural organizations in Bristol, UK where she is based.

Bruno Quiblier, French programmer and distributor, was head of the short films program at the Festival Tous Ecrans in Geneva. He is director of the Base-Court Association and President of the French film association Short.

Stefan Ivančić has studied film directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. He is a film director and his films have been selected in many national and international festivals such as Visions du Réel, San Sebastian International Film Festival and the Cannes Festival.He is currently working as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and he is the head of programming of the Pancevo Film Festival in Serbia. He lives and works in Belgrade.
