Peter Parker lives in the suburbs of New York together with his uncle and aunt and is a high-school lad like many others, shy and in love with pretty Mary Jane Watson. During a school trip he gets bitten by a genetically modified spider and discovers he is endowed with superpowers: ever since that day, Peter has learnt that “with great power comes great responsibility” and he decides to save the most vulnerable by fighting crime and thus captures Mary Jane’s heart.
