A lake invaded by giant mussels and a private property, La Perla, as places of meeting and confrontation between two very different kids.
With this film I want to propose a reflection on property and the spaces we inhabit, between belonging and extraneousness. Who does this place belong to? While Helga is the titular owner of the house, it is above all Elena, the caretaker's daughter, who lives there. It’s the story of a fragile friendship on a journey of exploration on the border between land and lake.
