With the statement of the title, at a council of ministers in 1941, the ethnic cleansing of the Eastern Front was initiated. Following a historical re-enactment directed by a young filmmaker, the film re-addresses that black page of Romanian History among archives, documents, words, indignation, and denialism. A journey into the still-present removal.
