The countdown has started, but the Festival isn't shutting down yet. Quite the opposite, in fact. During their customary morning chat, Carlo Chatrian and Lorenzo Buccella describe a day that will climax with a glimpse of contemporary art. A Locarno veteran, Hong Sang-soo, who won the award for Best Director in 2013 and the Pardo d'oro in 2015, is back for the third time, in the Concorso internazionale, with Hotel by the River. As for the Concorso Cineasti del presente, keep your eyes on Fausto and Chaos, while the morning will be dominated by Narcissister, the guest of the first Talk la Mobiliare. And then Piazza Grande, with a tribute to Christo and two screenings: Duccio Chiarini's The Guest and the animated film Ruben Brandt.
